If interested in joining St. Mary’s Athletic Commission in one of the open positions, or volunteering as a coach or in another capacity, please contact a commission member.

Fundraising is an important part of keeping our program functioning at its best.

 

St. Mary’s Athletic Commission is funded completely through registration fees and the fundraising efforts of our members. In order to keep your registration fees at a minimum we ask that you support our program’s fundraisers, held at various times throughout the year. Please watch the parish bulletin, school Friday folders and team handouts for more information as events are scheduled.

 

Night at the Races is our most popular event, which takes place every January. We ask that you consider buying tickets to attend, volunteer to help out during the event or sell tickets, horses or ads to ensure the event is a success.

 

Melaleuca is a new fundraiser with information presented at this meeting. Consider purchasing everyday products through this company that you would normally purchase through the grocery store, in turn benefiting the Athletic programs for your children.

 

Volunteers are a vital part of the running of the various sports programs. Positions are open in a variety of areas to fit your schedule. Volunteers are needed for Board positions, coaches and fundraising efforts. Please consider how you can become part of this successful program.

Team Masses are normally scheduled at 9 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church on the 2nd Sunday of the month, September through February.
