 This website is setup as a text-based site to ease access for all users of the Internet. The site contains a Navigation Bar that allows the ability to "drill" into each of the available options. The "Registration Docs." option contains the available Forms for registering for both our sports programs and to volunteer for participation (coaches, commission members, etc.). The forms are in ".pdf" format and are "read-only" at this point. The "SMAC Sports" option is where all the detailed information on our sports programs resides (Football, Cheerleading, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball/Softball). "Upcoming Events" will provide information about activities that are coming up. This option will also allow the ability to volunteer for events and request tickets. The "Links & Locations" option will take you to other important sites relating to our programs (Parish, School, CYO, VIRTUS, etc.). This option will also provide directions to our main venues for games (St. Mary's school & the Garrity Center). "Photos" will be for those who want to see pictures from our teams' games. We'll be building this option at a later date. The "About SMAC" option (above left) provides a list of he current Board members and Directors for the St. Mary's Athletic Commission. This page will also allow anyone to send an e-mail to any of our Commission members or our Program Directors.

St. Mary's Athletic Commission Calendar of Activities St. Mary's Athletic Program is planning a number of event over the next few months. For the planned Calendar of Events for the year follow the "Upcoming Events" navigation button at the top of this page. Our next Athletic Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 09, 2009 at 7:00pm in the school Media Center. Please feel free to attend and find out what's going on with our program. Please follow the "About SMAC" button on the left of this window for a copy of the minutes from our June meeting. Follow the "Upcoming Events" navigation link (above) for a complete Calendar of Events sponsored by the St. Mary's Athletic Commission ways that you can participate. Fee Changes Due to rising costs (especially CYO fees), the need to replace ALL uniforms to comply with our new school colors, lack of success with our fundraising efforts and the growing debt of our program, we are being forced to raise our registration fees. Registration for one athlete is being raised to $60 per sport. Two athletes, in the same sport, will be $50 per athlete. Three or more athletes will be $40. We are also establishing an annual per family Booster fee of $40 per family per year. It is hoped that with these changes we will be able to continue the excellent programs that we have provided in the past. CYO Coaches' Certification All coaches in the CYO program must be certified in the rules, regulations and expected conduct of members & participants in CYO athletics. This is an all day event. The fee is paid by St. Mary's. For the next Certification session refer to the CYO website under "Links & Locations" (above). Please let us know if you would like to attend. News from the Weekly Sports Corner Sports Registration ALL Athletes must have all paperwork on file PRIOR to participating in our sports program. The blue navigation "buttons" at the top of each page will take you to a separate page that will allow you to navigate further. Drop down selections have been eliminated.
